2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the state of Maryland, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of Little Haven on Main are not eligible to participate.
This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on October 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

All mailed entries must be postmarked by October 15, 2025 and received by October 18, 2025.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $50 Little Haven on Main Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: $50). Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 16, 2025 from among all eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner may be required to complete and return a prize acceptance form, eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release, and (if prize value exceeds $600) a completed IRS Form W-9.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner if required by law.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Little Haven on Main the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content (photo, story, etc.) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Little Haven on Main, Instagram, and Facebook from any claims arising from participation or prize use.
